The platform
Traffic management still runs on fragmented information. Vehicles, signal controllers and emergency fleets each hold part of the picture, and little of it is shared while it still matters.
V2X messaging changes that. Position and motion, signal timing, hazard warnings and priority requests can be exchanged between vehicles and infrastructure in a standard format, as events happen.
AXYON is designed to combine those messages into a live model of the road network: a common operating picture for connected vehicles and for the operators who manage traffic.
